Annual Toy Drive

Project HUGS (Helping Uninsured Get Surgery) is excited to announce the second edition of the Annual Project HUGS Toy Drive.

The toys will be collected at the Project HUGS’ Harlem Avenue office located in Chicago and will then be donated to various local churches and community organizations. At this time of the year when children send their wish list to Santa Claus, when most of us are urged to share with our loved ones, so many kids feel abandoned, and neglected. What about changing the way we celebrate holidays this year and share not only with our families and friends but also with the most in need?

“We hope that this year, donations will bring even more joy in Chicago Homes than last year.Since most toy drives end around Christmas, we will again continue ours until the end of January so we can add as much happiness to the lives of children throughout the year.” said Joanna Brzostowska, Co-Chairman of Project HUGS.

For the second consecutive year, the Premier Basketball League has joined the cause and is participating in warming up the hearts. With several PBL teams contributing in the toy drive, fans and supporters are encouraged to mail toys to Project HUGS office in Chicago.
